What Is Chill Yoga?

Chill Yoga is not your traditional yoga studio. Christine Hill started Chill Yoga to provide a sacred space for people to come and connect with all that is yoga, including connection to Authentic Self. It’s not just about master a pose or “looking the part”; Chill Yoga is exactly what the name implies…C H I L L .

It’s a yoga studio open to anyone and everyone who has the will to practice for  the first time or has been a practitioner for decades to master level.

This studio is a sacred space for community (Sangha), a sacred place for connection, and a sacred space for the Authentic Self to enter and discover moment to moment all that it means to be body, mind, and Spirit.

Yoga Therapy

Christine Hill is C-IAYT certified in Yoga Therapy.  She works with a wide range of Professionals to assist in the overall wellbeing of her clients.  It is important to her; to support clients with whatever tools needed in their overall healing, body, mind/emotions and Spirit.

Yoga Therapy is an in depth and personally focused plan for healing, strengthening and/or revitalizing Energy (Prana) within the Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Yoga Therapy can be helpful to those who are in search of an alternative  to Westernized medicine or  a more comprehensive Yoga practice that uses ALL tools and modalities available which can include ;

yoga poses, different Styles of Yoga, types of breath practices, Yoga Philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, visualization, functional and/or Feldenkrais movement, Human Kinetics, Ayurveda, Aroma Therapy, music, Vibration, affirmations and/or Mantras, self guided home practice and much more… “like nature we are all unique; it will take time and an open heart to discovery of what modalities work for you.”
